Can trees move?
The three dimensions of space are width, length, and height.
A tree is bound to the place where it grows.
It typically cannot move around in the three dimensions of space.
Its consciousness is not complex enough to do so.
Yet, while it does not control the three space dimensions, it still growths in length, width and height.
-
Humans are bound to the place where they grow - in time.
They cannot move around in the dimensions of time.
This is because their consciousness usually lacks the complexity to do so.
Still, they grow in the time dimensions, as the trees grow in the space (and time) dimensions.
